Breakfast

Our breakfast is provided in the openly designed lounge and bar area at the ground floor, which has been refurbished in February 2020.

Enjoy the cosy, bright and modern design while placing your individual egg or waffle orders. Or take in the first sunbeams on our terrace when enjoying the most important meal of the day. Of course we will arrange vegan, vegetarian, or other dietary wishes. Please just inform us in time prior to your arrival of your needs.

The comfort of our highly respected guests is one of our main goals next to providing sustainable and animal friendly products of high quality. To reach these goals, we work closely together and are always in the search for improvements and cooperations with local partners. We did decide to not provide a fully plant-based breakfast but offer many such alternatives on our buffet anyways, to match as many individual guest wishes as possible. Still on our to-do-list is achieving the “Demeter”-classification for used products, but that is for the future for now.

After our breakfast the lobby is used as a chillout lounge, where our guests can spend their time. The room provides a great workspot where WIFI and self service of coffee & tea is provided. Also, you may want to try one of our amazing drinks at the bar in the evening.
